Redditor Notpodell has a pretty awesome and talented wife, who cross-stitched this beauty (also posted up over at SpriteStitch). The idea and pattern came out of this Spritestitch thread by user Servotron. Check our the timelapse they made of the project, here.

We’re pretty impressed with this crocheted Tie Fighter by deviantartist Tiamat-Creations — but we’re even more impressed by the number of other geeky crafts in her deviant gallery! Check it out! (Especially this plush BitTrip Runner)

These adorably geeky iPad cases were submitted and created by Sarah (aka Etsy seller MyGeekyBoyfriend). They are made from wool felt and many have protected pockets for earbuds and a stylus. Designs are sewn own. Plus — don’t see one you want or have a great idea for your own, says Sarah:

“In addition to what’s available, I also take custom orders! I love working with people to develop the perfect item for them so they can get exactly what they want.”

A perfect, custom gift for any iPadding significant other you might be shopping for this Valentine’s Day! Cases run, typically, $23-$28.  Check out all the styles she has to offer at her Etsy shop! (You can contact her through Etsy, too ;])

These are only some of the most adorable TF2 plushies ever to grace the Internet, crochet by deviantartist krowzivitch. Often they are commissioned and customized, though she is currently offering an engineer for sale. Her commission slots for January are full, but she will be accepting more in February. Click here for commission information.

Stop by her gallery for pages of other adorable characters (and congratulate her on her Daily Deviation today!)
